ELEVATED OLIVE of Steamboat was born out of good friends, good food and the joy of sharing both with our customers. Steamboat Springs locals June Lindenmayer and Carol Parish have traveled many a life road to get to this elevated experience. Combining decades of experience in the cultural arts and retail wine industry, June and Carol invite you to savor the world of flavors offered in their shop. You will have the opportunity to taste and compare the finest, freshest imported extra virgin olive oils. Our olives are grown and pressed by artisans and small farms in both the northern and southern hemispheres. Following each of these growing seasons ensures the freshest product possible on your table. Our all-natural white and aged dark balsamic vinegar condimentos are imported from Modena, Italy and are naturally barrel aged up to 18 years using the traditional Solera method.
