About Elevated Olive

ELEVATED OLIVE of Steamboat opened during Winter Carnival in February of 2013.  It was the 100th Anniversary celebration of Steamboat’s western heritage and the winter sports we all love.  What better time to introduce our community and their guests to the newest “elevated” experience here in town.

Steamboat Springs local and proprietor Carol Johnson moved to town in 2008 and brought with her decades of experience in the retail and wine industries.  She invites you to savor the world of flavors offered in her shop.

You will have the opportunity to taste and compare the finest, freshest domestic and imported extra virgin olive oils. Our olives are grown and pressed by artisans and small farms in both the northern and southern hemispheres. Following each of these growing seasons ensures the freshest product possible on your table. Our all-natural white and aged dark balsamic vinegars are imported from Modena, Italy and are naturally barrel aged up to 18 years.

Complement your oils and vinegars with some fresh cheese, salami, pasta or a variety of local and imported specialty food products.  Visit our wine room and you will find a specially curated selection of wines from around the world, locally made brews and spirits from Steamboat to Scotland!
